Happy Mardi Gras!!   I want to wish a happy Phat Tuesday to all of my fellow orgers...here in Detroit we have a tradition of Paczki Day ( http://www.freep.com/news...020212.htm ) Do other cities have anything going to mark the last day before Lent?

OH, check out www.thedetroitcrawl.org ...a2grafix and I did a Mardi Gras theme for the site...it looks pretty good, if I do say so myself. | |

it's been...oh man, years since i last had crawfish so i don't remember what they taste like--i'm originally from iowa, and they're kinna hard 2 come by here in the midwest. my dad's from louisiana, so havin crawfish wuz sorta like a once-in-a-blue-moon event growin up.

pretty easy: - rip the tail off - peel the shell off of the tail - eat the meat - suck the head (some folks do this before rippin the tail off )

I know you have to break them in half and pull out the tail meat and then you have to suck out the upper-body part which includes the brains.
