Autums tiredness

For a week now I am sleepy like 12 hours and I could sleep at least 12 hours a day. Could this be autumn tiredness or is it too early for that symptom?

Is anyone else feeling crap lately? If so, what do you do? How do stay awake and boost energy levels?

How do I boost my energy levels? I use Oxyelite Pro once a day. Keeps me energized all day. You can only use it for 8 weeks at a time though.

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

This is natural, especially since the days are shorter.

Should I be using some energy boost drinks? I don't usually prefer that kinda stuff like pills etc, but I raelise if I don't find a solution against this tiredness it could lead to autum depression- We don#t have the Ox Pro in that country.

Not good at all at the moment for me on the horizon.

I know it is counter intuitive, especially if depression is seeping in, but exercise can improve your mood. I try to go walking on my coffee breaks (and not have the coffee) when I feel like that.

Otherwise, I nap. lol I feel your pain!

Also, have your blood pressure checked. Increasing blood pressure made me feel exhausted.

Maybe I need more fresh air than usual. I notice how my metabolism is running slower, the reason why I could be sleepy all the time. Usually I have often sleeping problems, but for a week now, I can't keep my eyes open, and if I do that's cause I probably slept 12 hours.

I am trying to slow down things at the moment hoping it will pick up, the metabolism. I feel as if even my movements slowed down. Damn this is looking like a depression coming soon. confused

It's rather slowing down of my blood pressure at the mo. to be honest.

It probably feels like it, but have it measured.

Well it really depends on your body. Some folks can keep their energy up without any kind of "extras" but since my metabolism is naturally slow, I HAVE to use something. Energy drinks haven't been my thing because some can make me feel nauseated. I would suggest you visit your doctor to see what he/she recommends. Lately I've been eating at least one protein with each of my meals and that helps me stay alert as well.

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

Yes, that's a good advice. Before I rush to see a doc, I much rather prefer to use some protein/energy stuff, maybe it helps since my metabolism is naturally slow too. I don't like pills normally, so it is not the first thing that comes in my mind, but it could be helpful. I'll get some herbal energy protein drinks or whatever tomorrow!

Okay cool, but be careful with the protein drinks too...in the same way as energy drinks, some protein drinks may work well with you and your body but some may make feel sick, however, the only way to find out is if you try them.

Isn't that the stuff that the military banned because people were dying? I believe it's been implicated in organ failure and heart attacks. Be careful and be sure to let your doctor know you're taking it so you can be monitored.

hug I hear you, but I think when these products get dangerous is when people use the max or more than what the directions say to use. I use the bare minimum, once a day which keeps me energized all day long. More than that would be more than what my body could handle. The directions actually say to take it twice a day with three pills being the max. The Jack3D the article mentions, I haven't heard of before. I do know that with Hydroxycut and the rest of those other products out here, call for you to use nearly 4-5 pills a day, which is crazy retarded to me, BUT people buy them and do it. Trust me, I did research on the Oxyelite before buying it...but thanks for looking out.

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

I love autumn, and I'm especially loving the weather in New York right now. I just spent the past hour up on the roof of my building reading a book, yesterday I spent a few hours in the park. I'm digging it. I have a ton more energy right now than I ever do in summer, when I mostly just want to sleep in front of an air conditioner all day long.

I saw outside and read on Friday and it was just lovely. Sunny and 70º...a slight breeze. I could smell the sunshine and the leaves turning.

Yesterday, I played golf in the morning and it was beautiful then, too.

I love this time of year. cool

No outdoor reading today, though - it's fixin' to rain.

I start to need more sleep in the fall and winter. I can already tell the days are getting shorter as I don't want to get up at the same time in the morning. I'm a morning person who usually wakes up well before my alarm and I've been setting the alarm later and later over the last few weeks.

I can make my own schdule (within reason) at work and I was coming in at 7am for the summer and now I'm getting in closer to 7:40. By winter it will be 8am for sure.

Apparently, we're going to get some storms here this week, but I'm totally cool with a fall thunderstorm, too, so it's all good.

I've been experiencing the exact opposite. Since the weather has cooled down, I've been to the gym 4 times in the past week. I don't think I went to the gym more than 4 times the entire summer. Hot weather drains me and the last thing I want to do it go from a hot car, into a hot gym and back out into a hot car.

I don't have a problem with this since I got my vitamin D levels up where they belong. Having finally gotten my hormones sorted out doesn't hurt, either.

This is when I get really jealous of you guys who live on the east coast and other parts of the country who experience real fall weather. Here in L.A., it'll be in the mid to high 80s for the rest of the week mad . It usually cools down sometime in October.

I lived in San Diego for a long time, and I eventually began to dislike the weather and the constant greenness. I wanted to have a fall and spring. (Plus, when you factor in the May gray and June gloom, the tradeoff of no seasons didn't really seem worth it.)

All that said...whenever I visit San Diego, I always marvel at how beautiful and awesome the weather is.
