Has Anyone Been to Rhodes?....

RodeoSchro	I haven't, but based on that picture it looks like a beautiful place to go. Have fun and tell us all about it when you get back!

novabrkr	This reminds me of the problems of being a musician and in a relationship. You see, when I say "Rhodes" I'm thinking of a $1,500 vintage keyboard, but when my gf says "Rhodes" she's thinking of a $1,500 holiday trip.

I had 2 weeks in Rhodes earlier this year Steadwood. It was such a beautiful island. The weather was lovely warm but I have heard that it can feel like the hottest place on earth in summer! Think you'll be ok in Sept. The Greek food was soo delicious... Baklava, souvlaki drool3

I could go on but I'll just make myself hungry! The Greeks were really friendly too. I stayed at Kolymbia. Check out old Rhodes town & Lindos, both gorgeous. You'll have a great time! Just hope you're not gonna be clubbing it hard in Falaraki! It looked a bit of a dump during the day time. Best thing about the Greek islands for me is how fresh & clear the sea is. Ahh I adore the sea in Greece- could swim in it all day long fish
