The Jonesboro Police Department is not only sticking to its theory that 21-year-oldChavis Carter shot himself in the head while handcuffed in the back of a squad car; they have released a reconstructed video proving the probability of it, CBS News reports.
As NewsOne previously reported, Carter died from a gunshot wound to the head after being arrested by Jonesboro police on July 29. The department claims that he took his own life while in police custody.

i am KING BAD!!!
you are NOT...
STOP ME IF YOU HEARD THIS BEFORE...
<--- always rode in the back of a police cruiser to be given a ride home from shopping because policemen were friends of mine from church.
It made my hoodrat neighbors sooooo upset. They would always be on their stoop looking and wondering. As soon as I would emerge from the back of the cruiser they would ask,
What happened? Why are you friends with the police?
I would hug ol' officer friendly and thank him warmly for the ride... the car had a more comfy ride than one of those old cabs.
I only got to sit in the back of a police car back in 2002. I was asked to write up my witness statement as they just arrested a dude that I called about who siphoned gas out of my car.
Ohh purple joy oh purple bliss oh purple rapture!
