It looks a little like the Einsturzende Neubauten logo as well to me. I may be wrong, but the Neubauten logo makes more sense given what's on he rest of his body, I think, and the dot in the middle of the circle matches their logo. Perhaps it's meant to be a blend - the bits coming off the side are from Prince it seems.
