The 90's must be in finally. Flannel, nose ring, bleached hair. I pretty much rocked that exact look once upon a time. lol

I live in Maine, everyone still looks just like this, they have since the early 70's

she's trying so hard....

Exactly what I was thinking.

It's a cute cut but it doesn't look right on HER, it looks fake, like that's not really who she is and she's trying to be 'edgy' when she isn't.

I'm all about people being free to be themselves. On her it looks forced and contrived.

I like the look and shes very pro marriage equality, so shes doing alright in my book.

WHAT?

You always look wonderful and adorable?

rolleyes

First of all, yes, I do. lol Well, maybe not adorable. But I do actually pride myself on dressing well. I know what pieces and colors go together and I keep the style/cut as up to date as I'm interested in following (I hate the new super small, tight cut suits - they look ridiculous).

However, that's not really the point, because nobody is taking pictured of me everywhere I go. Miley suffers from Imfamousicitous Wherewhatevermatism. The stuff she wears just doesn't go together, and it plain old looks bad. I ain't got nothin' against here, but whoever dresses her needs to be fired, or somebody needs to be hired to do the job. lol

Ah, you'r the org's fashion and spelling police. Good that at least somebody overhere keeps a high standard!

I didn't realize that artists who are not working on stage or in front of the camera's still need to adhere to your standard of dressing. When she's not working, just minding her own business, why should she be critisized for dressing the way she feels like?

Why is it ok to stalk somebody, take pictures from her, and then critisize her for how she dresses? She's just doing whatever she does, in her private life, why spend so much negative energy in attacks about her dressing style?

I't great that you like to dress well, and make an effort. However, why do you judge others with your own personal standard, as long as they are not hurting anybody with it?

99% of my posts are ironic. Maybe this post sides with the other 1%.

On the other hand, I don't understand why stars want to live in America or the UK.

In both countries you know you get stalked by paparazzi, and that people spend money on gossip magazines.

Sarcasm. One of my favortie things on Earth. But you need more practice.

I have an opinion and I expressed it. That's pretty much the end of the conversation from where I sit. No one is required to agree with my opinion and I never stated such. It's my opinion. I could click on your name and quote about 1000 of them that you've left at the org. When somebody replies, it becomes a conversation. It's not that big of deal, really.

However, she should be critisized because she looks ridiculous. If you posted a picture of yourself dressed like that I would tell you that YOU look ridiculous. lol

Why are you asking me questions that have absolutely nothing to do with me? Like I'm the guy following all these people around taking pictures of them. confused That's the world they live in and they know. Leave the house in sweats and a t-shirt with messy hair, awesome! I don't think anybody should have to look dressed up and perfect all the time. However, if you leave the house looking like you TRIED to be stylish, but end up looking like a thrift store clown, you're going to get talked about. shrug

I't great that you like to dress well, and make an effort. However, why do you judge others with your own personal standard, as long as they are not hurting anybody with it?

I'm not judging anybody, nor am I holding them to my standard. I'm a 40 year old man, a young woman ain't gonna dress like me. And she is hurting somebody; my eyes are damn near bleeding! lol

Also, I don't really get why people are defending Hannah Montana? She needs to take her lumps just like all the rest of 'em. lol

I think some of these people have a strong hunger for attention, be it negative or possitive.

I can't think of any other reason why you would not periodically get away.

There are also states in the U.S., like Montana and Conneticut, where you won't have to deal with the paparazzi so much. Actually if you just get away from New York and L.A. your chances of being scrutinized go way down.

Meryl Streep lives in the state of Conneticut, close enough to New York to stay on top of things but far away enought to not have her picture snapped doing chores without her hair and make-up done.

There came a time when the risk of remaining tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom. Anais Nin.

They brag about her being for gay rights and helping children so you can't talk bad about her according to some. lol Now I'll admit her fashion sense leaves a lot to be desired and her initial photos after the "haircut scandal" weren't exactly in her favor. lol
