my first job when i was sixteen was working for a vet. there was a cat there that was being boarded there that was huge. it was so fat it couldn't stand up or walk. the owners boarded it and never came for it. they continued to pay to board it, but didn't want it back, so it just sat in a cage and ate. it was so sad, i used to try to play with it, but it was so fat it could barely move around. ------------------------------------------------

i think it was horribly depressed or something. it sure depressed me. i used to be so angry at its owner, although i never met them or anything. it was just a really cruel thing to do. ------------------------------------------------

But what if the cat was simply the cat equivolent of Barny from The Simpsons and all it wanted 2 do was eat... And the cats owner was really thick and naive (and old as shit lets not 4get) and kept the cat food in a really obvious place...like...next to the kitty litter tray and the cat simply scoffed 2 its hearts content, only stopping once in a while 2 "wharf" up some fur-balls and bury its crap in the corner of the tray... What if the cat was a gluttenous pig wannabe and was trying real hard 2 be the first cat sumo wrestler? Ever think of that...?? Its the cats fault... I can't believe people can be so cold. I love animals and stories like this really get to me. Did that poor cat ever find another home? I suppose not, if the original owners were paying to board it and keep it there at the vet. Poor kitty. | |
