Green Bay vs Seattle game last night ...

Ok . I admit to being alil out of the rules ....

I saw the last play ... on so many news shows this am ... Today show ... etc ... and what I did not get - I thought if someone catches the ball in the end zone and both offensive and defensive players both have possession of the ball - that the rules go to the offense . Everyone is saying how this was a blown call but .... I mean it clearly looks like the defense guy has the ball at first but ... then the offensive guy also has it ... so ... ???

anythoughts ?

I do think the call before that was LAMMO . Roughing the passer ? (and I do believe that football and the roughness has gotten wayyy out of hand -one of the reasons why i do not like football as much anymore ) .

Colonel Angus may be smelly. colonel angus may be a little rough . but deep down ... Colonel angus is very sweet.

Use the NFL sticky in this forum, please.

I'm sick and tired of the Prince fans being sick and tired of the Prince fans that are sick and tired!

i agree,

it's like when you watch a boxin match

the announcers only see how they wanna see

and if it's not how they see it, it's a prollum.

they were PRAISIN the reffs early in the game

for all the flags they were throwin, even though

it slowed the game...

The defensive player caught the ball..............the offensive player stuck his hand in there.

That was NOT a TD. Period no other way 2 look at this play.

I live in Seattle and totally agree with Graycrap23. Did I just see a pig fly by my window? smile

Although, this could be justice for those awful superbowl ref calls.

I see it as a duel possession, which has always gone to the receiver.

These refs are not doing a bad job. Everyone wants to jump on their back, but

the regular refs make bad calls too. It happens. Human nature.

Now, the push in the back could have been called...that would have make it game over.

Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.

Sweetie (the Bears Fan) kept doing fake sniffles and bawl all day Tuesday. lol

I'll tell ya - between the bad reviews for Prince and this playing wall-to-wall on the sports channels (which Sweetie always has going), I was pretty much done with the whole day by noon. It was all just "Enough, already!" rolleyes
