Green Bay vs Seattle game last night ... Ok . I admit to being alil out of the rules ....
I saw the last play ... on so many news shows this am ... Today show ... etc ... and what I did not get - I thought if someone catches the ball in the end zone and both offensive and defensive players both have possession of the ball - that the rules go to the offense . Everyone is saying how this was a blown call but .... I mean it clearly looks like the defense guy has the ball at first but ... then the offensive guy also has it ... so ... ???
anythoughts ?
I do think the call before that was LAMMO . Roughing the passer ? (and I do believe that football and the roughness has gotten wayyy out of hand -one of the reasons why i do not like football as much anymore ) .
Colonel Angus may be smelly. colonel angus may be a little rough . but deep down ... Colonel angus is very sweet.

i agree, it's like when you watch a boxin match the announcers only see how they wanna see and if it's not how they see it, it's a prollum.
they were PRAISIN the reffs early in the game for all the flags they were throwin, even though it slowed the game... i am KING BAD!!!

The defensive player caught the ball..............the offensive player stuck his hand in there. That was NOT a TD. Period no other way 2 look at this play.

Exactly! The ref that called it a TD didn't look like he knew what the heck was going on!

I hope every team target Seattle's Golden Tate the rest of the season because his lying butt told the Monday night reporter on the field he didn't push GB #37 in the back!!!!!!
There most be a photo of Tate pushing #37 in the back! [Edited 9/25/12 10:53am]

I live in Seattle and totally agree with Graycrap23. Did I just see a pig fly by my window?
Although, this could be justice for those awful superbowl ref calls. 99.9% of everything I say is strictly for my own entertainment

I see it as a duel possession, which has always gone to the receiver.
These refs are not doing a bad job. Everyone wants to jump on their back, but the regular refs make bad calls too. It happens. Human nature.
Now, the push in the back could have been called...that would have make it game over. Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.

Where is that #26 ref, the one that called it a touchdown, refreeing at this coming week?
You all do know his prior experience, high school and junior college! [Edited 9/25/12 22:53pm]

I'm a 49er fan and I am so glad that this didn't happen with my team. Our coach (Harbraugh) would be in jail right now for assaulting one of the refs....LOL

and a stroke. Remember when John Belushi played the Meteorologist on SNL answering question from viewers? Coach Harbraugh would had that type of attack. "But NOOOOOOOOOO!

Sweetie (the Bears Fan) kept doing fake sniffles and all day Tuesday.
I'll tell ya - between the bad reviews for Prince and this playing wall-to-wall on the sports channels (which Sweetie always has going), I was pretty much done with the whole day by noon. It was all just "Enough, already!" We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.
