Phelps has a hotter body? Hmm, I gotta disagree, but I tend to like guys who are a bit meatier and Ryan Lochte is a hottie. I saw something on twitter last night that he apparently has a fan club of some black women, he's made "the list" (black women know what I'm talking about, LOL)
