Don't know who directed this episode but I liked the pacing. Nothing seemed rushed and they got all the side stories in without them being too annoying.

Next week they say is Stephen Moyers turn behind the camera, so I'll be interested in seeing how he does.

I STILL am not getting where they are going with Pam and Tara's relationship. So is Pam incapable of showing emotion to anyone else BUT Eric? Tara's reaching out but Pam keeps shutting her down. Lawd. I thought this was going to be fun but this is playing out slow as shitballs.

So now Hoyt has joined the anti-humans-with-special-powers hate group. Like I said before, will somebody blood suck the fuck out of Hoyt's wack ass?

So that could be Lilith's blood. Maybe the blood itself causes the hallucinations. Maybe Salome laced it.

Although I said in my post the other day, I don't really want Pam and Tara together either.

I do think Russell and Rev Newlin will hook up, and the scene will be hilarious.

Aside: I was watching a rerun of "How I Met Your Mother" last night- Lilly & Marshall's wedding- and there was a big, goofy guy acting as a "bouncer". It turned out to be Joe Manganiello (Alcide).

I was just reading about him on Wikipedia- I don't watch HIMYM regularly, so I didn't know he had a recurring role as Marshall's friend.

He was heavier, less toned, and clean-shaven. It was disappointing to see what he looks like when his body is not in "Alcide shape".

I agree. Some episodes this season have felt like trainwrecks. I thought this one covered a lot of territory, but in a comfortable progression. (...Even though I thought the whole vampire trip out through the French Quarter was just embarrassing. )
