Cyrus is the President of the largest gang in New York and has grouped everyone together so he can tell them his idea of creating one large gang which can overpower the police.

This is the guy who shot Cyrus - for no reason. He just likes doing things like that! He blames The Warriors for shooting Cyrus which is why everyone is out to get them. Luther and his gang try to find the Warriors and kill them.

He is accused of shooting Cyrus and then he gets killed by loads of rival gangs. In the deleted scenes from the beginning of the film, he can be seen talking to the gang and also to his girlfriend who says she has a bad feeling about them going to The Bronx.
