Nah, she's slowed down a LOT. The tour she was on was her first big one since the Return to Love tour. She did some European tours after the Supremes bust and DUI and the tour has done well but she hasn't been recording music since 2007. Her schedule is not as busy as it was in her heyday. Like it or not but even divas start to get old. So in a sense she IS retired. Plus she said she wasn't looking to do movies anytime soon.

Plus she doesn't need the money. Arne Naess her late ex husband left her very wealthy...

Diana actually did some investment in real estate and learned how to run her business company after leaving Motown with only $150,000 in her name.

No, I wouldn't expect her to still be going like she's 30. But unless they go the way of Doris Day, total obscurity, then I don't see them as retired. I see she was touring still as of Feb'12.

A friend of mine who is a huge fan of hers saw her live in ATL. Said she's still mesmerizing live. Just put on a lil weight and has a lil belly .Said she did a lil tribute to MJ and had his pictures up on a big screen.

I worked with her daughter Tracy before, who wasn't very nice when a fan asked her about her mother. She was so rude to her. She has to realize peeps are always going to be interested in her mother.She is a legend.:

What I don't understand is how he can go back to the crap he was making after the success he had working with the people who made Precious. I mean, I know Tyler Perry gotta eat and all that, but he knows there's an audience out there for more serious black cinema (and cinema in general) and he keeps making Madea movies. I know he's done some other stuff, so I'm hoping he takes the gobs of cash he makes churning out Madea movies and puts it towards his other projects. But maaan, I just don't get those movies.

I used to be into him .. I liked his plays and madea. But I can't watch him anymore and madea is tired. He went overboard I guess.
