According to TMZ, although Nahla is 4, until Monday there was never a child supportorder issued by a judge, but there is one now!

i don't see why this isn't fair. maybe i'm missing something but men have to pay women for that too, in a divorce settlement. it's only weird because the gender roles are reversed.

^ Halle's a celebrity lol maybe that's why... but I don't think it's rare in some cases. Typically, yeah men have to pay but in some occurrences, women have to pay to men too.

For a kid that doesn't live with him? I thought men paid for kids cause they generally live with the mother, therefore need to keep the child in a manner of comfort, on paper at least. Now spousal support is different, but then they weren't married, so all this is screwy to me.

Halle needs to hang it up, and work it out some kind of peaceful way cause THIS IS the man SHE CHOSE to procreate with.

I still remember her statements on how she felt she had made the right choice by getting with Gabriel and yet I don't recall David Justice or anyone else getting Halle for her money.
