I agree with all of this... in nicer, fuzzier Lammastide lingo, though.

Lafayette always delivers. Bill is hot (though Moyers would benefit from less time shaving his bod and more time back at the gym tightening it up). Hoyt, while he used to be interesting, is spiralling into unsympathetic territory. Pam's backstory is fascinating... though I hope writers do a good job at preserving a certain mystique and removal she's had. I don't want to completely know her, or I'll start to excuse all of that delicious bitchiness.

As for Tara, I think Rutina Wesley has done a fine job. But I think the writers have so chronically abused the character that there is nowhere left to go but some redemption through an extraordinary martyrdom. With all that she's been through, I feel like anything less would be anticlimactic. I honestly see this being Tara's final season, with her dying a hero's (true) death in one of the last couple episodes. That said, I also see a bit of fatigue setting into the show overall. Subplots are becoming tedious, and the sprawling cast is becoming exhausting to keep up with and care about. If the show is renewed for a 6th season, I predict that will be the last.

I agree-Fuzzy lingo n all The actor that plays Lafayette is on point. He knows how to bring that character out and make him pop! Love it. Bill is kinda fading to me as a character, but I still like him. Eric needs to put on some undies I mean damn he is always walking around "free" I have always liked Pam-she is great! They are doing a good job with going back into her past. Rutina has done a fine job portraying such an angry character. I thought her character was the strongest one out of all of them, but them making her a vamp just seems wrong. So I think ur right that the show may have one more season then it's done and all these extra characters are just kinda too much like you said. Glad they killed Tommy off-he was nerve racking as shit Jessica was cute in the beginning, but I see they have taken the ho/vamp route with her-not a good look.

lala has always been my favorite and not having sookie so much so far this season i'm cool with it
