Not to worry the rest of the staff will be on the look out for the cheap bastard and the next time he visits they will help get her revenge and Dr. Rustles will be treated just as well. Lol!! Ya know? Even though she was really that angry about being stiffed, she shouldn't posted that she'd spit in the food. Maybe say she was going to throw it in their faces or spill a drink on them or something, because then, the post probably wouldn't have garnered much attention. And like you said, now her former co-workers will be on the look out for the low ass tipper AND this Rustles guy, who's probably never even stepped foot in that Chili's in his life (or ever planned to).
But the REAL story in this is the $5 tip on a $138 bill. That's ridiculous. You have enough to pay for an expensive ass bill like that (expensive for Chili's), yet only come up off of 5 bucks for your server??! Unless the service was absolutely horrible, there should be no reason for that. These servers - who are running back and forth for yo' ass because you don't like the taste of something, or something's too big or too small so you want something else, or you've simply just changed your mind, or getting this and that for you while tending to other tables of people asking for the same shit - make most of their money from these tips. The least you can do is give 15% of your total bill (though I do hate it when they automatically put it on your bill after a certain hour of the night). It only would've been $20, ya fuckin' cheapskates!!!!

Who knows, she probably wasn't that great of a server. Not saying that there aren't cheap people out there, but it's possible she gave a shitty service. Usually when that happens, I don't tip at all. Tips aren't mandatory, but when you do come upon a hard working serves who goes out of their way to accommodate you over and beyond, they do deserve a decent tip.
As far as the spitting in folks food, shucks, I always have this belief that there sometimes, there are shitty people working in the kitchen and service industry. If you even send your food back once, they fuck with your food...thats why, no matter if my food is lukewarm or if I asked for mayonnaise and got ketchup instead, I just work with what I have. I don't send a damn thing back. [Edited 6/23/12 8:58am] I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

You're right which is a good reason for employees to install cameras in the kitchen to prevent this shit from happening. Don't laugh at my funk
This funk is a serious joint

Well if her attitude in person is a lovely as it appears online I can't IMAGINE why she would get such a small tip.
Aaaaanyway....
Pleasanton is one town over from where my entire family lives. I drive through it all the time. I'm going to the county fair there next weekend. This has absolutely nothing to do with anything.
