Or illogic yes the answer they give fails to have logic Yet, the answer may be truth - the truth of the person being asked.

Or illogic yes the answer they give fails to have logic Yet, the answer may be truth - the truth of the person being asked. exactly the truth of the person being asked... there are no objective truths. All truths are RELATIVE to the subjectivity of the individual

don't ask the question if u don't want the answer...many people can't handle the truth unless you give them the answer they want to hear, its human nature to reject the response unless it matches the one you have already accepted in your heart to be true...

A response doesnt have to be the ACTUAL truth. An insightfull conclusion can be reached, depending upon the skills of the interviewer.

I think when people ask for the truth, they're really asking you to agree or they just want you to tell them what they want to hear, when somebody ask for the truth it really has nothing to do with the truth... it's more half truths or enough to keep the mind occupied

in the majority of cases its because people r narrow minded and generally always assume they are right... JaneyPoos used to be it... then they changed what it was. Now what I am isn't it and what is it is strange and frightening to me...

Truth is in the eye of the beholder... "Goodness will guide us when love is inside of us... The Force will be with you, always"

Agreed - trust can lead a person to not accept what you are offering as truth if they are skeptical and suspicious. It takes skills and the right questions to uncover truths. Truths are on many different levels. What's happened Lav? (- I have politely asked you for the truth!!)

Truths are on many different levels. What's happened Lav? (- I have politely asked you for the truth!!) In all honesty, nothing happened. This is something I have noticed throughout my life. We all demand honesty, yet most of us do not want to hear the truth. I am a thinker, it may or may not show, but I've noticed this oddity in day to day life. One example is being a hairdresser. Clients with very thin, fine hair will bring in a photo of someone with thick full hair...I will tell them that they just don't have the hair for it, and that sometimes makes the client think I am making excuses because I cannot cut hair like that. Or the famous female phrase of, "Do I look fat in this?" I think you get the idea.
