My first home I know many of you have seen me type about me buying my first home but I'm here to say:
Today I'm officially a first time home owner!!! I have the keys in my hand. It's all mine!!! I never thought it would happen because of all the crap that comes with buying a home but the worrying is over. Just thought I would share my happiness with all of you.

Thank you all for your very nice congrats!!! I need them now since I just got off the phone with my auto Insurance and they got pissy since I canceled. I've never had any issues with them before until now. I told them I tried to see if they offered home insurance and she was like will there's a way if you really wanted to stay with us. 
Same thing happened when I canceled my Sears card. These folks get mad.

I have heard all about it in the chatroom and I am glad you have finally 'done' it!
Now you will have loads of fun decorating, furnishing it and paying all those bills that come to you! I got my first home about 18 months ago, still have LOADS to do...but it is my little pad and I love it!!! Well done again, hope to hear about updates in the chatroom!  | |

AWWW y'all are sooo sweet. I have tears in my eyes because reality is sinking in now.
Thank y'all sooo much. I woke up early this morning calling everyone, but everyone was sleeping. Serpbabe Thank you for the wonderful sweet card from you and the Mrs. My best friend said that is sooo awesome that you have friends from all over that support you.

Well the actually house warming party well be held in about 4 months. I have trade shows for the next month and a half so therefore it can be before. I want to at least have somethings done before the actual party.

I wonder how early it was when u started calling people though... :p Well I woke up at around 6:30AM and started calling around 8 AM. Believe it or not they were all sleeping even my best friend that usually up and finished her first homemade cobbler by 8 AM. Much Love, LoLinex Faith

This is inspiration ... renting is such a freakin' waste and i was actually thinking about getting yet another apartment  ... gotta make some sacrifices.
