I am, usually, but when I'm stressed out it takes me forever to fall asleep.

Tell the master to take care of business oral so you can zzz

nod

uh, no I'm a morning person

any of that pushing and shoving before bedtime makes me way too wired to sleep confused

He's actually not here on the nights I can't sleep, I think that's one of the reasons I can't sleep - him not being here, that and his bulldozer snoring as soon as he returns = a 2 hour night's sleep for me

hmm pat

Find a nice university-level textbook on someting obscure that doesn't interest you, (like for me it'd be mathematics), and dim the lights as you start reading it.

You will be asleep in no time.

You can change anytime you want to. Believe me, it'll pay off as you get older.

Two things I'd change about myself - I wish I was over six feet tall and more confident around women.

It's not a physical addiction to one type, it's a mental addiction to a select group. The emotional turmoil is something that, well it's... I'll exclaim another time maybe. I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
Thanks for the hug x

Admitting there's a problem is a big step.

Addictions are tough to beat, but with the right mindset, completely possible.

I have a good friend addicted to cigarettes. Tried to quite so many times I don't even take her seriously when she claims to be on another "treatment" or whatever. Her mind is not in it. She's going thru personal crap and needs to settle her life. THEN I think that she will be successful in quitting.

Feel free to vent anytime.

hug
