First determine if you do in fact need to accept blame. If you feel this way around everyone you get close to then chances are it's you. Possibly you're doing something to be blamed for or this is all in your head and no one is placing blame at all. If not, fuck 'em. Who needs assholes like that in your life? I do hope you find peace.

Sounds like you're around some dickheads to me!

But it's hard to gauge anything based on your vague statement...

Can you give some examples of these situations?

it's mainly the people i'm close to, and they know i am sensitive on this issue. i once cracked the shits because i got blamed when we got lost out on the bay. like we got lost because of me, and i was inexperienced at sea at the time.

In that case, it sounds like they're just having a laugh and picking on you because they know you'll give a reaction. Kind of like what siblings will do to each other. Not the most sophisticated humour.....but do you agree?

I get that too but its more fear of persecution, however I grew up and lived around highly prejudice individuals, I blame that on sterotypes of people, also we live in society that uses blame to justify persecution.

example I worked hard everyday at work (I worked in sales based environment so results are easily visible daily) however the one day Im not performing my boss lectures me on 'previledge' of been an imigrant?!

she then went back to watchig youtube clips?

sometimes people are asshiles, however if you 'be strong no one can break you

if u feel guilty and u know u did / said something wrong ~ just say sorry and learn from your mistakes

but

if u dont feel any guilt and you know it was not u then stop blaming yourself it's obviously them and give it back to them!!!

you dont have to b rude or nasty just say it how it is ~ i did that 2day and it felt sooooooooo good!!! cool

develope a strong sense of self .. know your actions and behaviors and become confident that you are doing what is right in your heart .. NOT what you think other people want you to do .. if you are certain and your actions harm no one than you need to choose your environment .. you can love people that are poison to your soul .. you have to be confident and love yourself enough to let those people leave your life ... you may be lonely for a while but it will give your life space it needs to fill up with people who treat you well .. faith in your person will carry you through this transition .. there are people who simple feed off of imposing negativity on others .. draining others .. just get rid of those people .. they will find someone else to suck off of and leave you alone eventually .. except you will have new friends by then .. people who respect and appreciate you

I deal with this all the time. It comes from too much control starting from a young age.
