I only sit down and listen to music these days on Friday and Saturday nights when I'm drinking. During the week, I may have the radio on in the car or watch a youtube video every now and then at work but as far as sitting down and actually listening to music for a while, I save for the weekends. I don't do it during the week because I don't want to be burned out on it before the weekend arrives when I can drink and really enjoy listening to music.

Tune in to a radio station that plays current music though. Your obsession with music will be cured real fast.

I also noticed that though I always loved music, when I got quiet or socially isolated myself to get shit done, I became more "addicted" to music or musicians
