Seriously...I scrub my hands and forearms with soap and hot water before leaving the gym.
Fortunately they provide towels, so when laying on a bench or something you can cover it with the towel. By St. Boogar and all the saints at the backside door of Purgatory! | |

I've been working out twice a week for about eight months and in that time I've lost around 15 kg (33 pounds) of fat and added maybe 4 kgs (9 pounds) of muscle. I've honestly never been in better shape in my life, but I worry a bit that my pecs have grown too large. They have a good shape now but what about when/if I stop working out? I don't want saggy tits, lol.
