So, I dropped my HP laptop off at Micro Center for work.

And a few days later, I return only to be told that it would be delayed.

So, I check back at least a half dozen times over the last month.

Now, they're telling me that they can't locate my laptop and have

no record of me dropping it off.

It's a damned good thing I have a macbook that I prefer so much more.

Else, I would have cried silent tears. Who could have possibly

taken my laptop? It probably got refurbished and sold as part

of some scam to make money at my expense.

I would have photographed the laptop to show them I had evidence

of dropping it off, but like I said in this thread,

someone also took my camera a few months ago.
