I was just watching the local news, and to my amazement, this is what I saw. A man was shot over an dispute of a hair weave No details about the what, who, when, and why. What is this world coming to?

It was too late at the time to edit, and I didn't come here to start trouble with anyone. Those two men could have been selling this horse hair for all I know, a deal that went sour. This is the other possibility.
