Anything that might make sense, and attempt to break from the elite set of cliche posts that the Org sees over and over again.

Very similar to music, it's the stuff that isn't mainstream, but in the long run will contribute more to the org culture than the "bubble-gum pseudo-pop" posts that everyone else tries to write to join the 1000 post club (or go platinum).
