What to do?

Last Oct. I lost my job. My boss still has my name listed on the website as Director, as well as my Assistant, who is no longer there. My personal phone number is listed. I mentioned this when I left, but they said changes are expensive. I want my name and info off of there.

Is this legal to keep it on when I want it gone?

yes it's wrong and misleading - you should seek legal advice from you workplace relations department.

Duly noted, both ideas wink

I have seen a lawyer about the situation as a case, already, and if I choose to retain, I do have a case, even without this part. Makes me think I need to figure out a way...
