ThisOne

lets get cooking!!!

post 5 ingredients for the next orger to create / invent a recipe or meal

then that orger posts the next lot of ingredients!!!

ok ready......

hmmm

Cabbage

Capsicum

Chicken breast

Chicken Stock

Plain Flour

nb - salt pepper oil butter are always there and dont need 2 b mentioned wink

Make a thick gravy with some butter and flour,and chicken stock. season to taste....when the gravy is done...use some to slightly cook the sliced cabbage and diced capsicum in. Cut a picket in the chicken breast, stuff with cabbage/capsicum/gravy mix....season....use more grave to pour over top, place in baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes at 350...the broil for five. Cover again with last of gravy and eat.

mash up the garlic, mix it with a bit of butter and brush it over the drumsticks ready 2 BBQ

stir in a bit of butter to the mash popatoes

oops i dropped the eggs boxed oh well lol
