Don't watch any of those shows - have NEVER seen a full episode of any of them (Idol, SYTYCD, Talent...).

I dunno...I never thought that he was all THAT.
I thought his "fartman" skit (on the VMA's???) was stupid.

I thought it was very moving when that young woman stopped him in the aisle to hug him.

never watched before but certainly tuned in last night and will again tonight...as long as Howard is a part of the show, I'll watch....
Howard is such a polarizing figure, I think it's gonna be awesome for folks that only view him as a 'shock jock' to see another side of him...imo, he's a bright & funny guy with lots to offer beyond radio How is it you feel? | |

A couple of decades ago, I probably would have agreed with you. These days, most of the humor on the show comes from satire (e.g. poking fun at pretension and hypocrisy) and it is funny as shit. |
