She doesnt look well at all. I think its a medical issue she's having. I hope its not really serious or life-threatening.

I have two friends with lupus. I am not a doctor, but her condition looks of someone suffering from the condition. Her weight gain looks like the effects of the medication Prednisone. Which REALLY causes your face to swell. They also develop butterfly rashes on the face.
Prednisone messes people's faces up so badly that my friend with lupus boyfriend's mother couldn't believe that my friend was the same girl he has been with for 3yrs becuase she looked so different since the last time she saw her. Thank You San Alejo for getting rid of my enemies. :-0

^Yep. When I first saw her face I immediately thought her appearance was likely due to a medical issue + any side effects from medications she might be taking.
