The John Travolta massage lawsuit gains momentum as the second masseur to claim that the star sexually assaulted him during a massage at a hotel in Atlanta vows to provide surveillance footage to vindicate his harassment claims. This news comes as the first accuser's allegations of sexual assault that supposedly happened while massaging the Saturday Night Fever actor at a hotel in Beverly Hills could not have happened on the date claimed as the actor was on the East Coast at the time.
John Travolta lawsuit: Third man comes forward
Unlike the first accuser's claim, Travolta, longtime rumored to be gay, was in Atlanta on January 28th, the day that the alleged harassment took place during an in-room massage. The lawsuit reports that the star refused a sheet to keep him covered and maneuvered himself on the bed in an effort to guide the masseur to touch certain areas while asking for a lot of "glutes" work. The attorney for the second accuser has asked the hotel in Atlanta to preserve surveillance footage of the night in question as proof of the accuser's claims (continue reading below...).
A source tells RadarOnline, "The surveillance video will be crucial evidence in the case because it shows Travolta going to the spa the next day after it is claimed the incident occurred, looking for the masseur, because he wanted to see him again, which is all detailed in the lawsuit. Travolta was told the masseur wasn't available and he left. The masseur was extremely upset when he left Travolta's room, which would have been captured on the camera in the hallway as well."
As the first accuser complained to management and multiple people at the hotel, there is said to be documented proof of the harassment as many emails were sent by the masseur discussing the allegations.
The first accuser in the Travolta sexual assault case claimed similar allegations although it turns out the Grease star wasn't in Beverly Hills on the date the harassment and inappropriate touching occurred.
