By Tim Kenneally Naomi Campbell is throwing her hat into the reality TV ring. The occasionally temperamental supermodel has signed on to serve as one of the coaches on Oxygen's upcoming unscripted offering "The Face." Bing: Naomi Campbell balding? The series, which comes as part of Oxygen's push to boost its original programming by 50 percent, will feature three supermodel coaches leading and mentoring their teams of aspiring models through the ins and outs of the modeling world. "Throughout the series, the supermodel coaches will mentor these young hopefuls through the tricks of the trade while exposing them to the very best photographers, stylists and designers in the fashion world," Oxygen said of the series. The winning contestant of the series will receive a contract to model for a major national brand. Check out msnNOW: The social trends people are talking about The show's other coaches, as well as the brand that the contestants will be vying to represent, will be announced at a later date. "The Face" will be produced by Shine America, the people behind such reality fare as "The Biggest Loser," "Tabatha Takes Over," "Shear Genius" and "The Buried Life." "I am looking forward to working in partnership with Oxygen and Shine America to discover the next beautiful face of the modeling world," Campbell said of the series. "With 'The Face' the audience will get a real insider's look at this exciting industry that has been so good to me."

Like I said on my fb page, the only way this show will be perfection is if models are sent home by way of cellphone to the head.
Call out the bottom 2 for the week. Whoever gets Naomi's cellphone flung at her head goes home.

I'd much rather see Naomi do a Janice Dickenson type show in hiring/firing housemaids, cleaning ladies and assistants.
Or just have her sign up for Bad Girl's Club. I'd watch!

@ "occasionally tempermental"
Naomi Campbell balding?
Honestly I just want to watch her shop, put on makeup, hang with her married boyfri3nd and just be FABULOUS. Greatest model ever, even if her attitude stink like week old cabbage in a pissy elevator. The chick is baaaaadddd. That's why MJ put her in that video. I'M NOT SAYING YOU'RE UGLY. YOU JUST HAVE BAD LUCK WHEN IT COMES TO MIRRORS AND SUNLIGHT!
RIP Dick Clark, Whitney Houston, Don Cornelius, Heavy D, and Donna Summer.

I think her body and mean catwalk are what got her to where she is today... http://www.modelsblog.inf...l_1517.jpg

YES!!!! Nobody, AND I MEAN NOBODY, runs the catwalk like Naomi. I always though Tyra was a good runner up but she bounces a little too much. All those other women do the pony walk or the zombie walk or walk with their shoulders instead of hips. Naomi struts like she is celebrating her womanhood. She's like that Maya Angelou poem. I'M NOT SAYING YOU'RE UGLY. YOU JUST HAVE BAD LUCK WHEN IT COMES TO MIRRORS AND SUNLIGHT!

Best description of a stank attitude EVER!!! I knew from the start that I loved you with all my heart.

That picture made me think of this song......
surviving on the thought of loving you, it's just like the water
I ain't felt this way in years...
