Tis a nice spot tho i do miss my dear old england....i also enjoy 'couch surfing" so if your ever passing drop me an email and i may even give you my house for a few days!

im a city lad at heart.....you live in LA?? i fucking love that place!! Well I am from L.A....born and raised in Los Angeles, California. And L.A. is pretty ace. But I live in LA now as in abrv. for Louisiana, just outside of New Orleans. I can say that it's pretty ace too. There's free live music any day of the week year round and a buncha better gigs for cheap. All just 5 km away. I think soon I'm moving back to L.A. California. I miss the latinas and dispensaries..the attitude. It's a bar culture in Louisiana and I can do that but I have preferences other than bars. Catholicism also permeates the culture. I live in a parish(regulary, that the term used for a region 1 catholic church covers) instead if a county(group of cities) like the rest of the country. I'm an uncloseted athiest and it can get difficult to reconcile these things at times. I don't mean to talk like you're a 5 y/o, just not sure if u know how things work up here. i would LOVE to go to new orleans..for some reason the place really resonates.
for all of the beauty where i live culturally it is dead....live music stretches to a pub band doing endless u2 and soft rock covers. Plus NZ is astonishingly expensive to live-i was amazed in LA ,new york and detroit how CHEAP it all was!
i miss being part of a city that buzzes...ah well i have the beach and the soft rock

That, and a sweater from Lonsdale which is a gym Ali worked out in while in London.
