Michelle Martinko, a girl that was killed in the JcPenney's parking lot in my hometown. One of those cases that probably will not be solved because it happened so long ago and her parents are dead. It's strange that Jodi's body hasn't shown up in a ditch or a corn field. And I wonder if someone fucked up in the investigation.
As far as Johnny's mom, authorities seriously question what she's saying. There's speculation that she made that up to keep the case alive. After years of a case being open, you could easily come up with your own theory of why someone would abduct your child. Plus all the kids disappearing in the Midwest around that time, a sex ring seems plausible. I don't know if I believe her as far as the claim that he showed up on her doorstep.
