when i was in high school there was a house, just a normal house, that was surrounded by a tall fence. We never saw anyone leave or enter except for occasional lawn care but that was after dark! the lights were on at normal hours at night and would turn on and off as anyone might expect.

Oneday we noticed the chain on the fence was loose enough to get into the 'compound.' And being teen boys we got into the house. it was totally furnished...with a running and working refrigerator and cubbords full of fake food. There was furniture and decor. We looked around for about 1o minutes....got freaked out and left. No sooner were we clear that cops showed up as well as unmarked cars. Weird.
