I'm finally a little proud of myself , i have been driving my friend's crazy with this for 34,000 years. OK i try my BEST to be healthy.. but sometimes it didn't always workout grant it remember that thread where i showed i lost the 100 ibs since high school? i wasn't like overweight but i still had the meet & thunder thighs from hell

One day i'd be eating all healthy, the next no... than i would tell my friend's THIS week for sure... and it would last 3 day's :lol:or i would workout... but it would be sometime an hour, sometimes 20 minutes and that didn't so shit on shit for anything!

Any-who for almost a month now i have been eating healthy[MINUS Friday my cheat day ] And i go to the gym everyday after work and usually do one day of 1 hour and a half of cardio, the next day is weight lifting, the next day is legs etc. Since i started really doing certain thing's at the gym on certain day's it's made it easier. And when i eat.. i don't like starve, i usually have steak, chicken, brown rice, fruits, vegetables, nuts etc.

I have already seen a big improvement, i have what i guess some people call Janet Jackson weight i can loosse weight or gain muscle fast but i can also GAIN it back fast to so that's why i could never really get past where i was. Cause one day it was fruits & chicken, the next a double cheeseburger

And I'm also doing this for myself for once... i have to be honest and say a lot of me trying to constantly be even more fit was for guys. Cause I'm a bit self conscious, and even though i have been with some attractive guys.. i always think they want someone better looking or a hunk, or would get tired of me easy cause i don't have a roaring 6-pack. But i am doing completely for my health & i feel really good for once about everything long ass message i know!, now i gotta keep this up through the summer.

I believe that you can't hope to achived optimal happiness without an active lifestyle, and by active, I mean exercise.

Congrats!! It is important to do it for the right reasons - for your health, physically and emotionally.

Dude, you aren't supposed to be sore. Especially at your age.

If you're getting sore from working out, then you're working out too hard. Back off, use lighter weights, and decrease your reps/sets. But just for a couple weeks.

Let your muscles adjust to working out. Then increase a little each week until you get to those hard, bruising workouts you want.

Remember - it's The Summer of Arms. Don't blow it in the spring!
