all the snakes, lizards and creepy crawlers I could find and keep in a cage (temporarily), I would let them go in a day or two. (these were my favorite things to discover) rose

shake no dolls for me. barf smile

I did all that too. I never played with dolls really either, although I did have Suntan Malibu Barbie for some reason. I was always coming home with salamanders, and turtles from the river and asking my parents if I could keep them in the tub. lol

I had a whole collection of dead bugs that I would secretly keep in boxes on my dresser, and they would rot and start to stink really bad. My mom was always afraid to look in any container or box I had because she knew it would be some gross dead thing. I used to make miniature houses for all these bugs, that they could "live" in. I don't know why. nuts
I forgot about motor-cross dirt bikes too!

eek were you that girl that lived three houses down from me. lol

I grew up near a river too, (smile) practically in our backyard... not too mention we were flooded several times destroying our home back in 1981. (scary ordeal) I have a healthy respect for the power of water. rose

Riding my motor-cross bike was my life, we had the best trails and awesome wink edges we would ramp off... we were quite the dare devil's. Growing up was the best!

One more thing, I used to always own pellet/beebe (sp?) guns, actually I still have it back where I was raised. I am a great accurate shooter challenging the smallest item I could find, set it up on cans and rip it to smithereens. big grin So... all those who think "Freespirit" is sooo nice, think again. lol j.k.

Now I take my nephew's (city boys) wink back there and they love to go shooting with pellet guns..., only cans though... no no no! animals. heart

Awh... the days innocent rose
