OK, I've been a longtime fan of truTV/courtTV and I appreciate their programming until now. What I wanna know is why they keep on producing shows about someone reposessing your cars.

What's the fucking deal about that?

Operation Repo, Lizard Towl Licking (or whatever), that new Miami repo show, another repo show, and also the pawn shop reality show and its clone.

Again, what is up with these programs and what the hell do they think that we're looking to watch these shows?

You think they know better than having four, five shows of the same thing.

Anybody else as frustrated with this as I am?

hhhmmm.. i gave up watching television. the reason? well constantly being bored of just being on my back. short attention span and the lack of interest in shows. i got rid of the television and the room looks much bigger.

hhhmmm.. i gave up watching television. the reason? well constantly being bored of just being on my back. short attention span and the lack of interest in shows. i got rid of the television and the room looks much bigger.

I only watch like three channels. Other than that, sometimes I don't even watch much of TV but I can see why you're relieved of watching anything.

My thing is why even make shows like this-Repos are nothing funny. It's actually a terrible thing to happen to people when they fall behind on payments and lose their property. Nothing to make a show about.

My point exactly. It's like they're doing this for fun and trying to make the repo folks "heroes". There's nothing heroic about reposessing one's car. In fact I think the repo shows are staged especially Lizard Lick and Operation Repo. They got these fake repo folks and actors with cars reenacting action movies.

I haven't even watched Repo Games but I agree it's ridiculous. Enough with the repo shows! Enough!

Those shows aren't even real!!! If you listen to the dialog and bad acting, you can tell that it's scripted and that they have told people how to act. I used to watch Operation Repo but when it got to be bizarre enough to the point where the owners of the repo-ed cars were jumping off of roofs and attacking the repo people, that was just too damn fake for me.

I think it´s really cheap, that´s why they make these shows, but who wants to see this mundane, boring, day-to-day-life bullshit on TV ?

I´d much rather watch a gazillion re-runs of old TV shows all the time instead of this crap. And that would probably be even cheaper than making these absurd reality shows. Just show Magnum PI, Miami Vice, Melrose Place, Dynasty, Dallas, LOST, The Wire, old school Sesame Street or Muppets Show instead of this lame stuff.

Yeah also that fake feud on Lizard Lick, nothing but actors, they couldn't even act like they were enemies for a second before making up to "repo another car". Fuck outta here.

I generally only watch comedy or the occasional drama that's it. Not really into the fake reality tv.

Every time they announce it's coming on or do a marathon I do my best to avoid it. The best show on there right now is World's Dumbest... can't stand their prank show they got on right now though.
