Avatars change from time to time. I like the stories behind them. And since they always change, the stories behind them change.

I changed mine a month or two ago. It had been a square with block peach name in it....a la...the black album. It was getting old, so I kept the theme but personalized it a bit....added some "flair" as Jennifer Aniston would say.

My story is fairly uninteresting, but I'm certain there's better out there. Take the mike and tell yours.

The Lotus Flower grows in the deep mud, far away from the sun. But, sooner or later, the Lotus reaches the light becoming the most beautiful flower ever.

also, the lotus flower is that it sheds its seeds at the same time it blossoms.

imo the lotus flower is beautifully and peacefully wonderfully unique. i like unique! nod

I think it was something to do with my former org-name. I wanted something that was appropriate to my name, but something that was simple.

I was going to change it a while back, but someone said they liked it and thought it was a good choice for me - which I thought was jolly nice of them. So I decided to keep it.

Downward spiral...

But I really didn't know about halos till a homies told me about it way back when...its all I'm order of release...regardless of type of release. Same homie says Trent records In new Orleans(near where I live). He's as in NIN as I am into. His email addy(same since 98 or something crazy line that) has nin in it...shirts...the whole deal. Always made me wish prince had some kinda system like this...with all his side projects and shit...

It did feel strange when I knew of the last sdtk release and told him and he didn't know...then he told me 3 mo's later like it was news.

I have a hummingbird tattoo.

The hummingbird symbolizes many different concepts. Because of its speed, the hummingbird is known as a messenger and stopper of time.

It is also a symbol of love, joy, and beauty. The hummingbird is also able to fly backwards, teaching us that we can look back on our past. But, this bird also teaches that we must not dwell on our past; we need to move forward. When the hummingbird hovers over flowers while drinking nectar, we learn that we should savor each moment, and appreciate the things we love.

lol Downward Spiral is the business. There are seeds too as well as halos. Not many though.

And yes, Trent has recorded a lot in New Orleans.

Anyway, back on topic I suppose.

Mine is the first Avie that I ever "created".

I copied the gold prince sign from some random image on the internet (it may've been some concert promo or something - it was the gold symbol on a black background) and pasted it onto a Star Wars image that had a black field and allowed be to effortlessly paste the symbol. I was orginially looking for an image to use of a jedi with a purple lightsaber.

That's beautiful. Hummingbirds have a certain magic surrounding them IMO. I aways loved it when I could watch them.

I still have the same avatar that I want to change forever now. But whenever I come up with a new one, I decide to not go for it in the last minute shrug.
