Sometimes hairspray can trigger acne on my forehead... maybe its your hair products?
I have sensitive skin so I have to use all natural stuff, but if im feeling particulary greasy or zitty, a good wipe down with alcohol always helps... Not the kind you drink, the rubbing stuff... even tho I dont know why they call it rubbing alcohol... Who rubs their body with that stuff?? Nearly every brand of sunscreen breaks out my WHOLE face a whore in sheep's clothing

I never really talked about this. Because well i am so embrassed about this topic, i fear getting haircuts because of it. I suffer from this form of Acne that has developed in my scalp. The doctor said it was follicultis. I never really have had acne on my face, but i dealt with my situation with neem oil, neem soap and garlic shampoo. i recommend neem oil or neem pills its really good! also lot of liquids!!! yogurt i agree with that too as well.

What worked for me years ago was Neutrogena's Clear Pore Facial Scrub. It's a fraction of the price of something like Proactiv, does exactly the same thing, only without thinning and drying your skin out.
I'd know because I've tried both products.
Of course, whether or not that scrub still works now, I have no clue - they could've changed the ingredients in the years since I last used it. At the time it did great though - I've always had really bad skin on my face and after anywhere from two to four weeks, I had skin like a baby's ass, which was unbelievable. 비

I think this differs from person to person. Stuff like Proactive made my skin feel like tissue paper - so did a lot of the stuff dermatologists prescribed; that is, when it wasn't literally eating through my skin, a lot of that prescription acne stuff is no joke.
But the Neutrogena scrub, I used it every single day and my skin was fine, no thinning or redness or other adverse reactions. 비

change your pillow covers once a week. Drink plenty of water.

Keep your hair off your face, disinfect your phone regularly For me I get best results by washing my face with cool water and a soft flannel - I have such sensitive skin any cleanser makes my skin hurt. The birth control pill I'm using ATM cleared my skin right up but it made me fat a whore in sheep's clothing

Proactive works good , but I've come to find out that its basically just bleach . It took me a long time to realize that organic oils are more promising (Example : Shea Oil or Jojoba Oil . Even lemon juice , perhaps , works somewhat as a bleach , takes darks spots away . Yes , but make sure you drink plenty of water . Stay away from too much startchy foods & dairy . i have twitter .... just ask for it .

Athletes and people who are bedridden, for starters. The alcohol cools and soothes the skin - as well as acting as a disinfectant. It also evaporates quickly (adding to the cooling effect) and doesn't leave a residue.
Have you ever seen the movie Rear Window? The visiting nurse (played by Thelma Ritter) gives Jimmy Stewart's character (who is confined to a wheelchair with a hip-to-foot cast) an alcohol rub. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.
