I think we have had enough pyschologist, therapists, mental health expersts etc who have shown us that on average, teenagers are just not that mature - and that's just here in the States, the rest of the world have their own milestones for maturity. As for size, that's probably irrelevant. You are whatever size depending on your parents e.g. if your parents and grandparents are short then you will most likely be short. If your parents were bigfoots like Shaq O'Neal well.....you won't be short. Incidentally his 10 year old looks 14 but whatevs, she acts like she's 8.

Psychological makeup is definitely key and its the reason why we don't allow teens to vote until they're 18 or drink until they're 21 or join the military and kill at 18. There is good reason why teenage male drivers have higher auto insurance rates than their older male counterparts or even females the same age.

Now don't misunderstand me. I'm not saying this kid was traumatized and has had his life ruined. My focus is on this grown woman who should know better than to bed her own student who is a minor. I can't imagine why any adult, male or female, would want to risk their career and reputation and freedom all for some teen ass when there is plenty of adult ass to go around AND when all you have to do is wait until that teen gets OF AGE to where society can't do anything to you.

The former cheerleader captain of Cincinnati Bengals has come under a lot of scrutiny after a case emerged including her having sex with a minor, who was also her student.

The woman involved in this case is Sarah Jones, who was also a high school teacher in a school in Kentucky. Not only has Sarah Jones come under investigation, but also her mother Cheryl Jones, who was a Principal at the same school where Sarah was teaching. The charge against Cheryl Jones is that she tampered with physical evidence in this case, to keep her daughter out of trouble.

Both Sarah and Cheryl Jones have pleaded not guilty to the charges, and the case is still ongoing. Sarah Jones is being charged with first-degree sexual abuse and unlawful use of electronic devices for illegal activities. If she is proven guilty, then she can end up in prison for up to 10 years. The first trial date has been set for the 27th of June.

Sarah Jones was indicted last week on charges that she was having a sexual relationship with a senior from the same school where she was teaching. The student involved in the case is a 16-year-old high school football player and according to reports, his family is supporting Sarah Jones in the case as he himself has denied of having an affair with her.

Even though the alleged victim's family is supporting Sarah Jones, the Jefferson County Assistant Commonwealth Attorney Sarah Farmer said that the state will still go ahead with the case against both Sarah and Cheryl Jones, since they have sufficient evidence and it was the state's responsibility to protect the students.

Sarah Jones relationship with the alleged victim lasted for around three months and during that time, she even used e-mails and text messages to entice and lure him. The forensic evidence against Sarah Jones was collected from her computer and telephone records. The court also ordered her and Cheryl Jones to avoid contact with the alleged victim and to disable the text messaging component of their phones.

Both Sarah and Cheryl Jones have hired a lawyer by the name of Charles T. Lester Jr., who issued a statement in which it was mentioned that both mother and daughter are innocent.

This is a complete waste of time and $.

Don't they have any criminals they can pursue in that city/town?

Age isn't really the end-all & be-all of maturity.

At 16 years old, I was still extremely naive, shy, and still discovering myself.

My buddy, at TWELVE, was street-smart, horny, and gladly lost his virginity. (He's HARDLY traumatized btw)

At 16 years old, I was maybe 5' tall, and probably 80lbs or so.

My friend's son, at ELEVEN, is 5'-5", 180lbs, and has size 12 shoes.

My oldest son, at age 13½, still plays with Legos and is focused on videogames.

My friend's son, at ELEVEN, carries himself like an adult and already has a "girlfriend".

So what I'm saying is...let's not judge this case simply because of the dude's age.

He's 16 years old...but what kind of person is he? Is he already having sex with every tail that comes his way? Was he a virgin? How will this affect him?

I think that for any normal guy, having sex with a really hot older cheerleader is going to be a smile-inducing experience. For me, at 16, I probably would've puked from nervousness and been traumatized for life (...maybe, I mean that chick is so hot I probably would've gotten over the butterflies real quick!).

There was a time when you went from a baby to a boy to a man at twelve, fourteen, or whenever you hit puberty. Then you picked a mate and went off to build your family, cutting down trees to build your own home and shit. Now, we have grown-ass adults graduating from college or grad-school and going back to mommy & daddy because the real world is really hard.

I think we have had enough pyschologist, therapists, mental health expersts etc who have shown us that on average, teenagers are just not that mature - and that's just here in the States, the rest of the world have their own milestones for maturity. As for size, that's probably irrelevant. You are whatever size depending on your parents e.g. if your parents and grandparents are short then you will most likely be short. If your parents were bigfoots like Shaq O'Neal well.....you won't be short. Incidentally his 10 year old looks 14 but whatevs, she acts like she's 8.

Psychological makeup is definitely key and its the reason why we don't allow teens to vote until they're 18 or drink until they're 21 or join the military and kill at 18. There is good reason why teenage male drivers have higher auto insurance rates than their older male counterparts or even females the same age.

Now don't misunderstand me. I'm not saying this kid was traumatized and has had his life ruined. My focus is on this grown woman who should know better than to bed her own student who is a minor. I can't imagine why any adult, male or female, would want to risk their career and reputation and freedom all for some teen ass when there is plenty of adult ass to go around AND when all you have to do is wait until that teen gets OF AGE to where society can't do anything to you.

For me personally, age is more than a number. I aint Anna Nicole Smith and I aint Mary Kay Letourneau. Jus sayin' some things aren't worth the price attached.

At 16, he's a teen. Teenagers have sex. Lots of it sometimes.

SO...the question here is...did this exceptionally hot cheerleader ten years his senior cause him harm? THAT should be the basis on whether or not she should wind up in the slammer. We're talking about TEN YEARS for giving this kid a good time.

Ethically speaking, yeah she was wrong. Not as wrong as an adult that uses his/her power & authority to coerce a minor into a sexual relationship, especially against their will or better judgement, or when that act traumatizes the child in question.

I did state that we need to determine exactly what type of 16-year old we're delaing with here, which is why I made all those comparisons. A bearded 18 year old with mild retardation could be traumatized more than a babyfaced 14 year old who's been hustling on the streets since he was 12.

So, maybe SOMETIMES age is more than a number, and somtimes it ain't.

As was I, but neither you nor I have heard all the facts surrounding what happened in this case. The state is not going to dismiss the charges just because you know "what all 16- year-old boys do."

Y'all think this is actually going to trial? And if so, how would they prove they had a relationship? This wasn't like Mary Kay or Debra Lafave on the part that the boy right now is supporting the woman saying they weren't fucking. But we'll see what happens...
