So how old do you think is too old to pursue something that you really wanna do if it makes you happy?
When you're pronounced clinically dead and put six feet under. |

I got chills tonight listening to Eminem's Lose Yourself. It reminded me of this thread. |

I think that once people hit 40, they often realize a higher purpose, and that they need to do something they enjoy. The value of personal happiness is finally realized. I have restarted in my 40's and I am very happy I have. You are NEVER too old.
And then there is quarter life crisis for people like me For the longest time in my 20's, I was trying to behave and be around family and family friends and learn from them, but eventually stopped and was acting my age, but then that blew up in my face and I was trying to find purpose again.
20's....shit....its too early to get serious. Start planning some serious stuff and learn what you like to do....but I say travel and party before you bog yourself down with a career and family Going to church doesn’t make you a Christian, any more than standing in a garage makes you a car. |

Being tied down to marriage and kids is not my thing, would rather focus on career. I focused on fun for a few years after university and spent excessively, I started to travel for a bit and then stopped after something went wrong and shook me up. I try to live in the moment and appreciate what I have and though I have friends in different places, I'm really not attracting healthy relationships lately no matter who it is. And my 20's are nearing the end.
I need to find god again...
