I'd been meaning to watch this one, but hadn't gotten around to it.

Then my 15 year old found it online and now we watch it a couple times a week.

I love it.

I actually like it too-it is up there with all the other good vampire movies. I saw it about two weeks ago

I saw Let Me In...the remake.

Sad ending. I do not approve of child vampires nor child victims of vampires.

I didn't know you could disinvite a vampire to your home.

The original Swedish version is my favorite vampire movie.

The American remake wasn't nearly as good. Sadly I own it.

Yeah, I saw the original and really liked t.

I saw it first as a matter of fact.

But all of the problems in the original were fixed by the new version.

For example, the fact the bullies never felt menacing in the first. Or the rediculously funny cat scene.

The original is still superb, and a refreshing take on vampires. But the remake is a bit better.

Yup!

I liked it very much but it felt more a dark drama than horror (the US version was closer to that for me).

I don't dislike the original. I just like both for different reasons. If we're talking horror genre I prefer the US.
