I'm not sure a thread can be boycotted. I will say that I've had a few threads closed for no reason whatsoever [with no explanation on top of that when I asked why ]. They'll pretty much just delete your thread. I don't think boycotting a thread is possible, because if so, the mods would owe me big time.
