Yay! Tiger Woods wins his first official PGA event since 2009 Tiger Woods won his second golf tournament since 2009 and his first official PGA tournament since that fateful year.

Woods won the Arnold Palmer Invitational today at Bay Hill by 5 strokes over his next competitor Graeme McDowell, finishing 13 strokes under par. His next golf outing is The Masters at Augusta National in 10 days.

Sorry then. I must have been a little too touchy. Somehow I had the impression when someone with one drop of black blood doesn't define/act/feel/live as a black man it opens the season to pick on him any given chance by God loving African-Americans.

Hope he wins the Masters.We have a lot of "white" blood in my family line but I don't think for a minute I could make a word up to define myself without being dismissed; fame and money covers and blurs a lot of lines, when it's convenient. Less not be naive about the country we live in.... where walking down the street wearing hoody with a pop in one hand and candy can get you killed. That's been very, very, very American too. So save me drivel.
Obviously, some were joking. Maybe the joke wasn't funny to some maybe it was to others.
As far a Tiger....
Who knows how long the knee will hold out but he may have a chance to catch Nicklaus still. It's just now other players, younger players don't think he's invincible. What is it about records the closer they are in reach, they seem to get further away.

Sorry again. I still have so much to learn I saw a 30 by 30 on ESPN about tiger. From what the old school caddies and what not were saying, from his old.days in Georgia or something....tiger is well aware he's black and it is that, that motivatesmost of his actions. This is just kinda of the jist of it...I really don't remember it well enuff to swear by it. | |
