Does anyone remember this movie from the mid-2000's?

It's about an all-American high school kid who's the class president of his student council, sponsored a Cambodian kid to come to school in America as an exchange student, and is on the fast track to going to an Ivy League school who encounters a sexy young woman who moves in next door. They meet and go out for dinner, and she appears to be as sweet as she is sexy; however, his best friends discover that she did porn and give him the news he didn't want to hear. Meanwhile, a sleazy producer from the girl's porn past comes into the scene and wants her to do another porn movie, and when the boy objects and tries to save her, the porn producer threatens to expose her past and their relationship. BTW, this was a comedy.

BTW, I bet either this kid couldn't keep his mouth shut about going to prom with a porn star, or someone in the school administration saw her videos. The reality these days is, porn is so ubiquitous online and on video that unless you are Jenna Jameson or Sasha Grey, most people probably wouldn't recognize your average porn actress from the bible-thumping neighbor down the street (unless they've been watching said porno babe online). And if the school administration thought that letting the porn actress attend prom would set a bad example for their students, what about the pregnant girls who are already going to prom?
