Inside the Org's Studio Presents... Aaronunlimited - Now taking ??? from the Audience

Always controversial, but never boring, Aaron is without contest one of the Org's true legends. His moods, his bon mots, his sexual escapades... all have entertained Orgers of all age since he burst into the scene like a chariot on fire.

Please welcome... AaronUnlimited!

Thank you.

Let me just say that it's truly an honor to be here, having come up through the ranks so many years ago just like all you student orgers are doing today. Many thanks.

During your formative years, were you as fiery as you are today? When did you become the full-bodied "Aaron"?

Why yes. Yes I am. Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to come here and address all of you. I must say that I decided to run for moderator on a whim. All these people started threads about their candidacy. So I started one too to poke fun, saying that I was running FROM a moderator, because Lavishh kept snipping my flames. lol But I made a typo and here I am! (chuckle chuckle). Anyhow, I've thought long and hard about this. I'm letting the typo stand. I *am* running for moderator. I'm the man of the people. I'm the everyman. The outsider. The unmoderatable in a field of moderators. I promise change.

I resisted the "org" as it came to be known for quite awhile. I'm a veteran of steve hammer's chatroom and when the ppml chatroom sprung up, I didn't like it one bit. But then hammer turned into a total dick and closed down his chatroom because people didn't seem to be appreciating him enough. So I migrated over here with the rest of the hammer chatters. You know, I hated that man for years for what he did, but in retrospect, I have to say that I admire his bitchiness and pettiness. And those are just the qualities I intend to bring with me as your new moderator (ben willing).

Is it true you consider flaming to be a misunderstood art?

I've been a real firecracker from day one! My first username at hammer's was "BobGeorge" and boy did I live up to that song. But after a few months, I couldn't keep up the facade. I had to be me. I dropped that phoney mean-ness and let my own nasty attitude shine through. I've been "Aaron" or some variation thereof ever since.

Indeed. You know, I don't really want to toot my own horn, but since nobody else will, I'll have to.

Sometimes, after I've completed a piece, I just sit back and amaze in my own glory. I'll often revisit a good flame for days at a time, marvelling at my own self at just how brilliantly cruel I can be. "Where did I come up with that one? That's great stuff," I think to myself.

Someone said you want people to take your drama lightly and your humor seriously... Any truth in that?

I'd have to say getting ben to give us two different chat color schemes after the launch of Org 2.0 is my greatest acheivement. He was very resistent to give us back the black background. But as you all know, no one can bitch and moan like me. Vote Aaron. He gets the job done!

I take both very seriously, and I think everyone else should too. As an org moderator, I promise to make my dramas and jokes stand out head and shoulders above the rest.

indeed it did. i was with a man from the org from 1997-1999. after he broke up with me, i was heartbroken. i didn't come to the org with any frequency at all for nearly 2 and a 1/2 years. sad

The more I listen to your moderation plan, the more I think of a young roman emperor promising circus games to the romans. Sounds like you are always thinking about entertainment first, am I right?

Entertainment 2nd. ME 1st.

I want to share with you a passage from one of my favorite songs.

Elton John's "Ego"

Take a look at me now and take a look at my billing
I'm not in it as an extra, I'm in it for the killing
Inflate my ego gently, tell them heaven sent me
'Cause I'm so expressive and I'm so obsessed with my ego
My ego and it's message
Oh inform the press, invite the guests
I need the press tonight

Trust me, it's hard to weed out the starfuckers from the sincere. But I know I've found the right one. He's adorable. He grounds me. He makes me the cuddly, adorable, sweet man you all know me to be wink Well, maybe not that. But imagine what I'd be like if I wasn't in love?! eek

Yes. I've talked the talk and walked the walk. But that's in my past. I cannot lie, the face of a prettyman will turn my head fast enough to give me whiplash. But I'm grounded, I'm content. I'm happy with who I'm with. I cast all that aside now.
