I can make everything I posted except for the Jamaican Rum cake... making that is its own art form. Te suve, there is so much rum in it.

My ex's godmother used to make pasteles and sell them for the Holidays.

Thanksgiving and/or Christmas dinner was incomplete without them (and perníl of course).
