Ground Turkey

Who uses this in place of ground beef? I switched to ground turkey about ten years ago. I was surprised at how much easier it is to chew and how little fat is left in the pan when you cook it.

It tastes similar to beef. It is great on taco's and stuff you use beef in, but may be too dramatic a taste for hambugers right off the bat. So much easier to digest nod .

Sometimes I do. It's also better on your digestive system. Sometimes I also use it when I want a hamburger once every blue moon.

It's all about the seasonings. It's white meat so it can become very dry unless its seasoned well. It's way better in terms of fat content and digestion, as Supernova stated.
