Inspired by Red Ok Red i hope that you don't mind but your story has inspired a question.
Like Red i have lost a few friends over the last few years. 3 in the last 5 years to be precise and all to the same thing. They were all killed while we were out riding our bikes. I was not there for all of them but they were all pretty close mates. The question is this. Given that the chance is there for disaster should you give up a love in your life (riding) because of the people you may leave behind? I wouldn't want my mates to stop riding because of me having an accident and I am lucky coz my wife knows how much i love riding and would not ask me to stop. My brother on the other hand has stopped coz his wife went loopy at the 3rd in 5 yrs. So what do you guys think? | |
