Ten Minute John Carter Movie Sequence

The movie opens this weekend, and finally the marketing team for John Carter has revealed footage showing the protagonist on post-Civil War Earth before he goes to Mars. This ten minute sequence is from very early in the movie, showing John Carter as a Confederate Civil War veteran in the American southwest.

I know everyone is ragging on this movie but the trailer and the couple of minute I watched it seems just like your average hollywood fair.
