Good luck.

Stay calm and don't unstrap yourself until the cabine is completely full of water. Then release yourself and get out

I know it's hard to not shit yourself, but you're sending yourself the wrong message.

You know what's coming. Others have gone through the simulation just fine and so will you.

You have worked hard for this. You are more than capable. You can do this!!!

If you just shit yourself, you're building it up in your mind to be worse than it actually will be and it's already challenging enough!

Sit down, take a deep breath and mentally pace yourself through the simulation. Focus on NOT PANICING and think step-by-step what you're going to do.

Every time you feel yourself start to freak out, stop, take a deep breath and tell yourself you are going to do great.

You can do it!!

I'm firmly planted in denial

Simulated crash? You big girl's blouse!

Crash a real helicopter and then brag about it! If you can.

Hey, it's like that Richard Gere movie!

My dad survived a real helicopter crash. Two died and two survived. Craziness.

Good luck!
